I'm almost scared [INLINE] to "say" this out loud, but I decided to post it here and "claim" it.
You all know of my utter joy and surprise when after a 6 month plateau I suddenly dropped 4 pounds. Now, 6 weeks later, I've lost another 2 pounds! I know that's slow, and it's nothing like my first year, but at 25 months out, I'll take it! [INLINE]
So January 31st finds me weighing 202lbs... a total of 218lbs lost. [INLINE] Dare I dream it? 3 more pounds and I'll be in ONDderland! My personal goal is to show up at the reunion in March firmly in ONEderland.

Does anyone know if pain relievers will cause bloating? I took a 500 mg. of tylenol this morning and while walking I notinced htat my fingers felt "fatter" when I squeezed them, then I looked at my rings on my hand; which have had plenty of room lately but now I could see the skin kind of gathered around the rings, like I had to force them on my hand. I am wondering if tylenol will have this effect, I haven't taken any since surgery. Just so you know the only things that I have consumed today is chocolate unjury mixed in water, a little plain water & the tylenol. Thanks, If anyone knows of something better to take please let me know.

GREAT NEWS on the forever gone 2 pounds! Congrats!!!
I am exactly 11 months further out than you and had almost the same
starting weight. In my 3rd year I "only" lost 25 pounds, which
seems terribly slow compared to the first 2 years. But, when I
think of the fact that I AM STILL LOSING AND SO ARE YOU I am very
thankful for even the small losses. At this stage of the game I
know the reality of regain is just a few bites away! It is such a
struggle now but I have not made goal and am determined to do so. I
will keep you accountable if you will do the same for me! We have a
little over six weeks till the reunion in March so how about if we
encourage each other and both make that goal of 3 pounds?
You go girl....you can do it!

Tammy I have four grandsons by blood and Steve has 1 grandson and 2 granddaughters .One set of his kids we see on a regular basis that's Jennifer and she and her family see us at least once a week Shelby was our first and she is a teenager the 28 of Feb. but his son lives here in Hohenwald too but we only see them 4-6 times a year unless we just go see them and they are so unruly the boy is on his last strike before alternative school at age 9 girl 4 is hateful and his other daughter lives in Hickman CO and unfortunately we only see her 2 times a year unless we go there *groan* because she only comes at Thanksgiving and Christmas . As far as coming to our house we try to plan time for all of them when permitted but my boys Jeremy and (Ronnie ) AKA Mouse both bring their kids often like this weekend mouse wanted me to watch the 3 boys *Nathan,Chase and Landon *so they could go out to eat for his 29th birthday .Then Lance ( Jeremy's } little one called
and said granny can I spend all night with the boys this weekend so of course Granny said yes hope and pray I have a good day Friday .We may call Adam to get (Shawn and Emily ) If I am having a good day and feel like I can handle them as I said Shawn is a handful but I think Shawn needs love and discipline combined know what I mean ? He is being raised beside his other grandmother and she along with his mother are both addicted to Soma , its really really sad we have tried to talk to Adam he admits she has a problem but he just says I love her so what do you

Hello Lady, glad to hear someone goes to the Y that's what I need I have a couple of appt.s tomorrow but I will try to stop in around 4:30-5:00. I usually just go do the treadmill and a few weights but I really haven't gotten to familiar with the place or what they have to offer. I love water areobics but not in the deep end.
