sugar free popsicles, sugar free jello are what get me through. Try to stick solely with the protein (meat, cottage cheese, cheese, yogurt) anything else CAN lead you to wanting more. Be sure not to drink before or after you eat. Boredom or Weight Gain, you just have to weigh these things. Try to make your chicken in a variety of ways. Bake it with all different seasonings, use a foreman grill, make it in a stir fry.....protein with a tiny little bit of veggies, be creative. They have these great packets of chicken, salmon, tuna, etc now by the canned tuna. They even have mussels in the packets. DO NOT GIVE IN TO THE HEAD HUNGER or you WILL be sunk. This is the voice of experience. I had 4 months of crazy eating and instead of being at my goal....I am 38 pounds out. I wanted to kick myself (when I finally came to my senses) BUT instead, I got back on a STRICT regimen that Dr. Dyer prescribed. 600-800 calories, 60-80 proteins, less than 15 carbs. Mine will be
higher because I am over a year out. My point, follow what the doctor gave you. Do not deviate!!!! IT IS DEATH!!!!! Use your tool. You are too important to let the head hunger, emotional eating, or even a craving to ruin what you are working hard to achieve. GOOD LUCK!
